Arilas Beach |

Suitable for couples and families.
Transfer time 3-4hrs (coach), 1hr (taxi).
Arilas is on the other side of the headland from Agios Stefanos (West). It is a favourite place for couples and families looking for a quiet beach holiday.
The beach itself is a long narrow, 200 metre strip of sand with some shingle, separated from pebbly Afionas Beach by a small stream. It is framed by picturesque headlands. There are water sports on offer, but it can be rough when a west wind blows.
There are some small hotels and self-catering apartments. Many of the apartments are spread along the pleasant valley leading inland. There are a couple of tavernas.
How to get there:
1. The green buses which leaving from the center of the Corfu city every two (2) hours.
2. With the car from the center of the Corfu city in forty (45) minutes.
3. Municipality of Esperion has running a free buses program , three times a week for all the beaches , so quests and locals of our municipality can have the opportunity to visit and enjoy themselves. |
